HOUSTON (Aug.13, 2026) – Houston Dynamo 2 have transferred defender Eiji Hata to Portland Hearts of Pine in USL League One, both teams announced today.
Hata signed with Dynamo 2 in March this year and went on to make his professional debut six days later a 4-0 shutout victory versus in-state rivals North Texas SC.
The defender totaled 11 appearances (four starts) for Dos, while helping the team stay near the top spot of the Western Conference.
