Dynamo 2 most recently secured a 1-0 shutout road victory against Real Monarchs at Zions Bank Stadium behind forward Jahmani “JJ” Bell’s second goal of the season and a seven-save performance from goalkeeper Pedro Cruz, which earned him MLS NEXT Pro Player of Matchday 7 honors. Notably, the 22-year-old Brazilian leads the league with four cleans sheets.
The match also saw defender Eiji Hata make his first professional start, while forward Alan Martins made his professional debut in the 59th minute after signing on loan with Dynamo 2 from Comercial Futebol Clube Tietê in February.
