The Houston Dash travel to the Pacific Northwest (6 p.m., HoustonDashSoccer.com/Live) this weekend to face Seattle Reign FC, the reigning two-time NWSL Shield winner. Randy Waldrum’s squad aims for their first victory in the series after falling to Laura Harvey’s club in their first five meetings.

Reign FC finished the month of May with a record of 1-2-2, scoring three goals in that span after scoring four goals in two games during April. Their last match prior to the international break finished as a scoreless draw with Portland Thorns FC. Seattle missed U.S. Women’s National Team goalkeeper Hope Solo in that match, but should return this weekend. Midfielder Jessica Fishlock returned to action against the Thorns after fracturing her left tibia on April 24. Seattle also features the 2016 BBC Women’s Footballer of the Year, Kim Little. The Scottish midfielder—also the 2014 NWSL MVP and two-time NWSL Best XI member—has scored three goals and two assists this season after finishing last season with 10 goals and seven assists.

Seattle defeated Houston 3-0 in their last meeting on Aug. 21 at BBVA Compass Stadium. Little is the goal leader in the series with eight goals. Kealia Ohai has scored two goals against the Reign which is the most of any Dash player in the series.

The Dash return to BBVA Compass Stadium on Sunday, June 19, to host FC Kansas City at 7:30 p.m. CT. For tickets for all Dash games, visit HoustonDashSoccer.com/tickets or call 713-276-GOAL.
