The top goals from Week 6 of the Major League Season fall into two categories: long-range blasts from outside the penalty area and finishes from inside of six yards after team buildup.
You'll get to make your preference known by picking the winner of the AT&T MLS Goal of the Week award in the poll to the right.
For long-range strikes, there's Dillon Serna's lefty insurance goal in the Colorado Rapids' 4-0 demolition of FC Dallas. There's Perry Kitchen's low burner that gave D.C. United an ill-fated 2-0 lead against the New York Red Bulls. Finally, there's Houston Dynamo winger Rob Lovejoy curling a shot to the far post to wrap up a 3-0 win over the Montreal Impact.
On the buildup side, New York City FC put together some serious combination play before David Villa dribbled the ball into the net from close range in their 2-1 loss at Philadelphia. On Sunday night, Orlando City rookie Cyle Larin improvised a near-post finish with his chest to set the Lions on their way to a 2-0 win at the Portland Timbers.
