How do I verify my SeatGeek account?
You can verify your phone and e-mail address by heading to the My Account page of your SeatGeek account. Click Personal Info and scroll down to enter or edit your e-mail address. Then, simply follow the prompts in the e-mail that you receive to verify your e-mail address.
To add your phone number, click Edit or Add New under the Phone Number section. Enter the verification code that you receive, and you’ll be all set. Adding your phone number helps verify your account and is required to sell tickets on SeatGeek Marketplace.
How do I invite a friend to use SeatGeek?
To invite a friend to SeatGeek click here. There are various ways you can invite your friends to SeatGeek! Share your personalized link with friends by adding their e-mail and clicking Send Invite, or select your favorite social media site to share your personalized link.
For each friend that uses your personalized link to sign up and buy their first tickets on SeatGeek, you’ll earn $10 to use on a future SeatGeek purchase.

How will my money transfer from my Houston Dynamo FC & Houston Dash account towards the 2021 season?
Any applicable payments have been converted into your new SeatGeek account towards your 365 Membership or are available as usual to purchase tickets through your Houston Dynamo FC & Houston Dash Ticket Representative.
Is my Flash Seats AXS account still active?
Yes. However, to manage your Houston Dynamo FC & Houston Dash account and tickets moving forward you will need to create and link a SeatGeek account.
Will I still be connecting with my Houston Dynamo FC & Houston Dash Ticket Representative for my ticketing needs?
Absolutely! Your Ticket Representative’s information will be easily accessible via your Account Manager. For SeatGeek specific questions, you will also have excellent customer service with the SeatGeek team. You can easily reach them via the SeatGeek app.
How will my money transfer from my Flash Seats (AXS) account?
If you have a balance on your Flash Seats (AXS) account from re-selling tickets previously, it will remain there as it is managed by AXS. If you would like to use these funds towards Houston Dynamo FC & Houston Dash purchases in the future, you may have the remaining funds EFT to your bank account.
How are my Houston Dynamo FC and Houston Dash tickets delivered?
All tickets for Houston Dynamo FC and Houston Dash are delivered to you electronically as mobile tickets. You can view your tickets on your mobile device using the SeatGeek app. To enter the stadium on game day, simply display the QR code from the app to be scanned at the gate for entry. Note: No PDF or print-at-home tickets will be issued for Houston Dynamo FC and Houston Dash games.
Can I still re-sell my tickets if I can’t go to a game or event at PNC Stadium?
Yes! Selling and transferring tickets is even easier with SeatGeek and is built directly to your app.
