HOUSTON (Aug. 21, 2026) - The Houston Dash announced today that midfielder Sarah Puntigam will take parental leave ahead of the birth of her first child.
Puntigam, who joined the Dash in 2023, has made 65 appearances for the club across all competitions. The Austrian midfielder will not join the team this weekend as they travel to San Jose to face Bay FC.
