A: 10 or more people qualify for Group Ticket rates.
Q: How much are Group Tickets?
A: Group Ticket prices vary based on the match and seating location. Prices are subject to change and based on availability.
Q: Can I add on tickets after I purchase?
A: Yes. However, Dynamo FC and Dash cannot guarantee that your groups will be together if they are not purchased at the same time.
Q: How and when will I receive my tickets?

Q: How and when must I pay for my group tickets?
A: Your account must be paid in full at least two weeks prior to your match. The easiest way to pay your account is by credit card, which can be done over the phone.
Q: Can I exchange/return/cancel/refund my group tickets?
A: The Houston Dynamo FC and Dash are unable to provide refunds for your group ticket purchase, but we can apply your payment to another match of your choice during the same season.
Q: Can I purchase Group Tickets at the Box Office?
A: Group Tickets are not available at the Box Office and must be purchased through your Group Sales Account Executive
Q: Do kids need a ticket?
A: All children 2 and under have free admission into Shell Energy Stadium and can sit on a parent’s lap. Any children 3 and older will require a ticket.
Q: How do I promote my Group Event?
A: The Houston Dynamo FC and Dash are happy to assist in customizing a specific message for your group outing. If you need a flyer, we will work to make your event as easy as possible for you! We want to help you spread the word so you can enjoy your event with your group.
Q: Can I sell any of my extra tickets?
A: No. There is a strict no-reselling policy with Houston Dynamo FC and Dash Group Tickets. If any tickets are caught being re-sold, the Dynamo have the right to take back your tickets with no refund provided.
