Rader joins the Houston Dash after a decorated collegiate career at Duke University. The 21-year-old helped lead the Blue Devils to consecutive NCAA Women’s College Cup appearances in 2024 and 2025. Across her collegiate career, Rader scored 32 goals and recorded 20 assists in 65 appearances. In her final season, Rader recorded 12 goals and 12 assists, earning MAC Hermann Trophy semifinalist honors, United Soccer Coaches First Team All-American recognition, and spots on the NCAA College Cup and ACC All-Tournament Teams. She was named ACC Freshman of the Year in 2022 after scoring 12 goals in her debut season and ranks among Duke’s all-time leaders in game-winning goals.
