Houston Dash midfielder Emily Ogle underwent surgery on her right knee after a season-ending injury earlier this month. Ogle is expected to miss the final nine games of the regular season.
Ogle joined Houston on Dec. 16, 2020 in a trade with the Portland Thorns. The midfielder signed a two-year contract extension on Dec. 31 and appeared in 11 games for Houston across all competitions.
The 25-year-old made her Dash debut and earned her first start for the team in Houston’s 0-0 draw with the Chicago Red Stars April 9 in the 2021 NWSL Challenge Cup.
