Where do I pick up my kit?
You can pick up your kit in one of three ways!
Kits will be available for pickup at Houston Soccer Celebration Kickoff, presented by MD Anderson Cancer Center at Shell Energy Stadium on December 6 from 12:00 - 3:00 p.m. You will need to claim a free ticket to the event here to be able to pick up your items at this time.
You can pick up your child's kit on match days on the EaDo Patio, located outside of the East Club at Shell Energy Stadium. To enter Shell Energy Stadium, you must have a ticket to the match.
Members can also pick up their kit at HDFC HQ (413 Bastrop Street, Houston, TX 77003) on select dates. Pickup will be available during the following times in December.
Additional pickup times will be available in January 2026.
What do I need to bring to pick up my kit?
You will need to show your confirmation e-mail to receive your kit. Please have it up and ready when you arrive.
Does my child need to be present when picking up their kit?
No, your child does not need to be present to pick up their kit. You just need to present your confirmation email upon arrival.
Can someone else pick up my bag for me?
Yes, you can have someone else pick up your bag. Before they arrive, be sure to send them your confirmation email so they can present it to staff.
If I pick up my child's kit at HDFC HQ, where do I need to go?
The address for HDFC HQ is 413 Bastrop Street, Houston, TX 77003. Once you arrive, enter the lobby and you will see a table for Diesel's Kids Club.
Is there dedicated parking for pickup?
If you opt to pick up your child's kit at HDFC HQ, you may park in the lot connected to the building or across the street at the corner of Emancipation Avenue and Prairie Street. If you pick up at a match or at the Houston Soccer Celebration Kickoff, you will be responsible for finding your own parking.
If I pick up my kit at a match, do I need to have a ticket? Can I use my child's ticket at that point?
Yes. You will need a ticket to enter Shell Energy Stadium on a match day. You can use the ticket in your membership for your child, however, you will need to purchase an adult ticket to enter with your child.
I can't pick up my Kid's Club kit in person, can I ship it?
Yes. When you purchase a Diesel’s Kids Club membership, you will have the option to add shipping for an additional cost. You must select shipping at this time. You will not be able to add shipping at a later time. Please note, you will
How long does it take to ship a kit?
Kits will be shipped every 2-3 weeks. Please allow an additional week for shipping. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.
How do I get my child’s free ticket?
Parents/guardians of Diesel’s Kids Club members will be sent an email with instructions and a link to redeem their complimentary child’s ticket once single match tickets go on sale for 2026.
How do I purchase more tickets?
Diesel’s Kids Club members will have the option to purchase additional tickets at a discounted rate. A link will be included in the ticket redemption email.
Do I get to pick my seats?
Yes, Diesel’s Kids Club members will be able to select their seats at the time of redemption.
Are accessible seats available?
Accessible seats will be available for selection through the ticket redemption link.
How do I redeem the one-time discount at the Team Store?
A coupon will be provided in your Diesel’s Kids Club kit. To redeem your one-time use coupon, present the coupon and your items to the cashier at checkout at the Team Store located at Shell Energy Stadium.
Can I use the Team Store discount online? If so, how?
The Team Store discount is not eligible for online purchases. It can only be redeemed in person at the Team Store at Shell Energy Stadium.
I'm a Season Ticket Holder, can I add tickets to my account?
Yes, Season Ticket Members will follow the same redemption process.
How do I guarantee I get my items before the holidays?
To ensure you have your kit in time for the holidays, be sure to select a pickup option. We cannot guarantee shipped items will arrive in time.

Can I purchase Diesel's Kids Club Memberships at a match?
Yes. You can purchase Diesel’s Kids Club memberships at the EaDo Patio pickup location on match days but you must have a ticket to enter. Alternatively, you can purchase memberships online here.
