GENERAL TRANSITION QUESTIONS

Do I need to do anything before the transition to Tixr?

Yes. You need to create a Tixr account and save a default credit card.

1. Create a Tixr Account

  • In the top right-hand corner, click the hamburger menu and click “Sign Up”.
  • Enter your name, email address, and create a password in the sign-up window. Then, click “Create Account”. PLEASE NOTE: In order for us to connect your membership in SeatGeek to your new Tixr account, you must use the same email address as on your account.
  • Check your inbox. Look for an email titled “Welcome to Tixr!” Open the email and click “Verify email” to activate your account.
  • Complete your profile and click “Save”.

2. Save your Credit Card to your Account

  • Log in to your Tixr Account. If you just completed Step 1, you will automatically be logged in.
  • Once you’re logged in, click “Account” under your name. If you did not complete your profile before, you will be asked to complete it here.
  • On the left-hand side, click “Payment Methods”, then “Add new payment method”.
  • Input your payment information in the pop-up window and select “Use as default” before clicking “Submit”. PLEASE NOTE: You must click “Use as default” to save your card for future payments. If you do not check that box, your payment on 1/1 will not go through and your account will become inactive.

What happens to my current payment plan?

Your current payment plan stays the same. The only difference is where your payments will be made. Payments will continue on SeatGeek through December 1. The first payment on Tixr will take place January 1, 2026. It is important to upload your credit card to Tixr and save as the default payment method to make sure you don’t miss a payment! Log in to your account and save your payment here.

Will my SeatGeek login information work on TIXR?

To ensure we are able to connect your membership to your new account, you must use the email associated with your SeatGeek account as your email address in Tixr.

When do I need to create an account?

You should create your Tixr account as soon as possible to ensure your payments after December 1 go through and your membership stays active. It will also ensure you are ready to go for 2026 schedule release. Follow the instructions above and create your account here.

What email should I use to create an account?

To ensure we are able to connect your membership to your new account, you must use the email associated with your SeatGeek account as your email address in Tixr.

What if I created an account with an email address that is not on my season ticket account?

If you need to change your email from what was previously used, please contact Dynamo Member Services at memberservices@houstondynamo.com.

ACCESSING AND MANAGING TICKETS

How do I access my tickets on TIXR?

Tickets will be made available at a later date. Make sure to log in to your account so you are all set up.

Do I need to download a new app to manage my tickets?

A brand-new app is in the works! Stay tuned for more information.

How can I view, transfer, or resell my tickets?

This feature will become available at a later date. We will send you instructions on everything you need to know prior to the start of the season.

PAYMENTS & RENEWALS

Will my credit card transfer over from SeatGeek?

No, it will not. You must take action by adding your credit card and saving it as the default payment option. Add a payment option now.

How do I update my payment information in TIXR?

  • Log in to your Tixr Account and click “Account” under your name.
  • On the left-hand side, click “Payment Methods”, then “Add new payment method”.
  • Input your payment information in the pop-up window and select “Use as default” before clicking “Submit”. PLEASE NOTE: You must click “Use as default” to save your card for future payments. If you do not check that box, your payment on 1/1 will not go through and your account will become inactive.

What do I need to do to ensure my payments go through as originally scheduled?

Make sure to upload your credit card and check the box next to “Use as default” to save your payment to your account.

What happens to the money I paid through SeatGeek?

The money you have paid to date is still associated with your account and your 2026 membership.

I already gave you my credit card info. Why do I need to provide it again?

We use secure payment processing systems that do not allow the end user (HDFC) to see the full credit card number. Because of this, we are unable to transfer your payment information over.

Does the cost of my membership change?

No, the cost of your membership remains the same for the 2026 season. It is the amount listed on your invoice.

If you are on a monthly payment plan, your monthly payments will remain the same as long as you make sure to upload your default payment method to your account prior to December 31, 2025. If you do not upload and save your payment method by that date, your monthly payments will be affected.

RESALE/TICKET EXCHANGE

What is the new process for reselling tickets?

This functionality will be available in the new HDFC app that will be coming at a later date.

How do I exchange my tickets through Tixr?

We will provide instructions for exchanging your tickets prior to the start of the 2026 season.
