Houston Dynamo FC announced today commitments from GOW Media to broadcast most regular season matches in English on KFNC ESPN 97.5 FM and from TUDN Radio Houston to broadcast all regular season matches in Spanish on KLAT 93.3 FM.

“Ahead of tonight’s season opener, we are excited to have support from our local partners in ensuring fans in Houston can listen in English or Spanish to local commentators,” Dynamo chief operating officer, Jessica O’Neill said. “The accessibility of our radio broadcasts is vital to growing our diverse fanbase and this option paired with MLS Season Pass on Apple TV will bring the beautiful game to more people across our community.”

The majority of regular season matches will air live in English on ESPN 97.5 FM, beginning with the season opener between the Dynamo at FC Cincinnati on Feb. 25 at 6:30 p.m. CT. A simulcast of the terrestrial feed will also be available on ESPN975.com and HoustonDynamoFC.com.

The English language broadcast team includes veteran broadcaster Glenn Davis, who has served as the play-by-play commentator for the organization since the team relocated to Houston in 2006. Glenn will be joined by former Dynamo defender Bobby Boswell. The 2008 Dynamo Team MVP will use his broadcasting experience to provide commentary alongside Glenn. The duo has shared a broadcast booth on a rotating basis since the 2020 season.

The 2023 season marks the eighth season that Dynamo matches have aired in Spanish on TUDN Radio Houston. The partnership with TUDN Radio Houston began prior to the 2016 season as part of Univision Radio Houston programming.

Daniel Mejia returns for his 15th season as a play-by-play commentator for the team. He will be joined by Cesar Procel, a color analyst, who hosted the Dynamo Kick Off Party at Buffalo Bayou Park earlier this week. A simulcast of the terrestrial feed will also be available on the UFORIA app

In addition to radio, all matches will be broadcast on MLS Season Pass including free week one matches across the league. Former Dynamo forward Calen Carr is one of two national commentators for tonight’s Dynamo match on MLS Season Pass. Dynamo365 Members received a redemption code for MLS Season Pass earlier this month via email and additional information about the platform is available here.

The English radio feed of every Dynamo match at Shell Energy Stadium will be available on the MLS Season Pass on Apple TV, beginning on March 18 for the home opener against Austin FC. Additional broadcast information and the full 2023 schedule is available at HoustonDynamoFC.com.
