Major League Soccer announced today that kickoff for the match between Houston Dynamo FC and FC Dallas on Sept. 18, 2021 has been moved to 8:30 p.m. CDT.
The Dynamo were originally scheduled to face their in-state rival at 9:00 p.m. CDT on Univision. The match will be televised throughout the Greater Houston area on UniMás Ch. 67, and tickets for the match are available at HoustonDynamoFC.com/SingleGame.
The match on Sept. 18 will be the third and final meeting between the two sides in the regular season. Each of the first two meetings ended in draws, meaning that a winner on Saturday will claim the 2021 Texas Derby and capture El Capitán, the Texas Revolutionary War-era cannon that goes to the winner of the annual series.
