More than 20,000 fans fill Shell Energy Stadium for Mexico v South Korea Live Viewing

HOUSTON (June 18, 2026) – Shell Energy Stadium welcomed 20,193 fans on Thursday night for the Mexico vs South Korea live viewing as part of the Houston Dynamo Soccer Celebration, presented by Kroger. Houston Dynamo FC, in partnership with Kroger, el Federación Mexicana de Fútbol (FMF) and the Houston Hispanic Chamber of Commerce welcomed in a capacity crowd from across Houston and beyond for the Group A Group Stage match, each team's second of the FIFA 2026 World Cup. 

Fans will return tomorrow as the United States Men’s National Team takes on the Socceroos of Australia in Group B action. Gates open at 1pm, and the match kicks off at 2pm.
