I joined the Army in July 1990 as a Vulcan Operator and transitioned to Bradley Fighting Vehicle Crew member, and Patriot Operator. I assisted in the development of C-RAM (Counter Rocket Artillery and Mortar) and THAAD (Terminal High Altitude Air Defense. and served in Texas, Korea, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, and Germany. I deployed to Kuwait 3 times in support of Operation Enduring Freedom, providing Air Defense Artillery in support of Troops in the Middle East. I retired from the Army in January of 2011, just before going to Afghanistan. I am currently working as a Law Enforcement Officer for the State of Louisiana.
