On Saturday, thanks to our friends at Dawn, Dynamo fans will be able to do some good for their community while rooting on their team. Houston Food Bank, the largest of its kind in the United States, will be holding a volunteer drive alongside the nationally televised match with Minnesota. Fans are encouraged to join Dynamo staff members at the event.
"Houston Food Bank is excited to host Houston Dynamo FC this Saturday," said Katherine Tong, Director of Volunteer Services for the organization. "We appreciate the longstanding support of the Houston Dynamo FC and are looking forward to welcoming volunteers for this special event. One of the Food Bank’s biggest needs is volunteers, and we appreciate our volunteers helping us provide food for better lives."
