The Rio Grande Valley FC Toros host OKC Energy FC at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday at H-E-B Park in the second game of a three-game homestretch for the South Texas club.

The Toros will look to build on their first clean sheet of the year after holding New Mexico United to a 0-0 draw last Saturday at H-E-B Park. This was the second consecutive game for Dynamo midfielder Juan David Cabezas with RGV, and the Cali, Colombia native completed more than 86 percent of his passes during a 72-minute shift.

In addition to Cabezas, three Dynamo players featured on a back line that only allowed one shot on target. Goalkeeper Tyler Deric finished the evening with one save after he comfortably handled Christopher Wehan’s shot from the edge of the box in the fifth minute.

Alejandro Fuenmanyor, Kevin Garcia and Sam Junqua joined Cabezas and Deric at H-E-B Park last Saturday as RGV FC drew their second game of the year. Junqua will return to RGV on loan for Saturday’s game versus OKC Energy.

OKC Energy have lost two of their last three games prior to Saturday’s match but managed to salvage a point with two second-half stoppage-time goals against Reno 1868 on March 30.

OKC Energy feature one of the best offenses in the USL Championship after scoring 11 goals in their first five games, which is tied for fourth most goals scored in the league. Jamaican international Deshorn Brown leads the team with three goals this season. The forward arrived late in the 2018 season and looks to recapture the form that saw the team win its first two games to start the campaign, a first for OKC Energy.

Dynamo Academy product Nico Lemoine and midfielder Isidrio Martinez will look to break down an OKC defense that has allowed 12 goals this season, the third-highest mark in the USL Championship through Week 6.

Tickets for the match are on sale and available at RGVFC.com. The match will be streamed live at 7:30 p.m. on ESPN+.
