Dynamo fans had their first chance to get a look at the 2020 squad at Fan Fest on Saturday, January 25 at BBVA Stadium. For the fans, players, and staff, there was an obvious sense of excitement and anticipation in the building as the start of the 2020 season will be here in just a month.
“It was a really exciting day to see all the fans come out and support the team. Obviously, it was exciting for us, but also to anybody that is new to the stadium, all the new players that we had coming in, and the players who were here from before who already feel a little more excited about this year.” said Tab Ramos. “It was a great day, not just for the fans, but also for us as a team.”
Fan Fest was also an opportunity for the newest members of the Dynamo to interact with fans for the first time, something Zarek Valentin had been looking forward to. “It is about time. There is a lot of talk in the offseason and a lot of downtime, so it good for the players and myself especially, being someone new, to just get out here and experience BBVA Stadium from a different perspective.”
The Dynamo kick off the 2020 season on February 29 as they host the LA Galaxy tickets are on sale now.
