How do I register?

Are camps open to males and females?

Yes, all Houston Dash and Dynamo soccer camps are open to males and females.

Is age based on birth year or the date of the camp?

Camp age is based on birth year, not age at the time of the camp.

Are there walk-up registrations?

No. To provide the best experience for everyone involved, camp registration will close no later than 48 hours before camp.

How are youth players grouped at camp?

Youth players are grouped by age and level of play. If you would like your child to be in a certain group, please contact the Youth Programs team at **camps@houstondynamo.com**  in advance of the camp and we will do our best to accommodate the request.

Can my youth player be in a group with his or her friends?

We will do our best to accommodate requests, but we cannot guarantee changes will be made. Please contact the Youth Programs team at **camps@houstondynamo.com** before the camp to make arrangements.

What is included with the camp registration?

This can vary based on program, but all camps include an official Houston Dash and Dynamo camp t-shirt, a soccer ball, and one free ticket to Houston Dash or Dynamo Home game.

What is the Season Ticket Member discount?

In appreciation for our Season Ticket Members, a 10% discount on our programs is available.

What happens in the event of injury or illness?

Certified athletic trainers are available at each of our camps to assist in situations of injury or illness. Should a serious injury occur, the youth player’s emergency contact will be notified immediately. If you suspect your youth player is injured or ill, please do not send them to camp.

What is the Refund Policy?

The full registration fee is due during the registration process for each camp and clinic. If you need to withdraw your youth player prior to the start of a program, you might be eligible for a full refund of the registration fee, a partial refund of the registration fee, OR a credit to your LeagueApps account for a future program.

What is the cancellation policy?

HDFC Youth Programs reserves the right to cancel a camp or clinic if dangerous or adverse circumstances affect our ability to host a program. In the event of cancellation, an email will be sent to the adult profile in LeagueApps with the cancellation notice and information regarding refunds or account credits where applicable.

What is the weather policy?

Camps will take place rain or shine. Only in the event of lightning or extreme heat will we postpone/cancel a session or bring campers into shelter. All postponements or cancellations will be communicated via the LeagueApps mailing system to the adult who registered your youth player.

How do I redeem my free ticket to a Houston Dash or Dynamo home match?

After registering, you will receive an email with more details about your camp and the process for redeeming one free ticket to Houston Dash or Dynamo Home game. Family and friends will have the option to purchase additional discounted tickets at the time of redemption.

What should each youth player bring to a camp?

For a specific list of required items, please refer to the Parent Handbook found on the registration page of each camp. A general list of required items can be found below:

  • Nut Free Snacks
  • Water/Sports Drink
  • Sunscreen
  • Socks
  • Shorts
  • T-shirt (extra shirt if necessary)
  • Shinguards
  • Comfortable athletic shoes or indoor soccer shoes
  • Firm ground cleats (no metal studs allowed)
