Houston Dynamo FC are set to play their second home match of their 2021 MLS campaign this Saturday afternoon, May 1 at 2:30 p.m. against LAFC at BBVA Stadium

La Naranja will be looking to bounce back with an important three points after a tough loss against the Portland Timbers last Saturday night at Providence Park. Meanwhile, the Los Angeles Football Club will be looking to keep their undefeated run alive as they currently sit on one win and one draw in the regular season with their 1-1 result against the Seattle Sounders.

LAFC has proved to be a tough opponent for the Dynamo with the most memorable result being a victory during the 2018 Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup which culminated with the boys in orange lifting the trophy at BBVA Stadium.

This Saturday, head coach Tab Ramos will look to use the home field advantage to take three points from one of their Western Conference rivals in hopes to continue to make a push toward the top of the table as they currently sit in 9th place with 3 points after two matches.

Dynamo FC will look to their speedy wingers Fafa Picault and Tyler Pasher to break through the LAFC defense while keeping the composure in the defense relying on the experience from Tim Parker, who has shown over the course of the first two matches that he is ready to Hold It Down for Houston defensively.

Houston Dynamo FC will travel to Frisco on May 8, 2021 to take on FC Dallas in yet another version of the Texas Derby and will return home to BBVA Stadium on Wednesday, May 12, 2021 to take on rivals Sporting Kansas City.
