Age
There is not a minimum age policy to attend events at Shell Energy Stadium. However, the general guidance is that children under the age of 14 should be accompanied by an adult. It is the parent or legal guardian’s responsibility to make the determination before allowing their child to attend an event at Shell Energy Stadium.
Children age two (2) and under do not need a ticket provided they are able to sit on a parent or legal guardian’s lap during the event.
Aisles, Rails, Ramps & Stairways Policy
To help ensure guest safety and experience of games and events, sitting or standing in aisles, at rails, in ramps or in stairways is prohibited. Guests will be asked to return to their seats. Standing on seats is also prohibited.
Alcohol Policy
No alcohol may be brought into Shell Energy Stadium. Guests will not be allowed to enter if they appear to be intoxicated. Alcoholic beverages may be purchased inside the Stadium. Beverages purchased in the Stadium are prohibited from leaving the Stadium. All persons must be 21 years of age or older and provide proper identification to purchase alcoholic beverages. Management has the right to refuse service at any time. Drunk and disorderly behavior and/or violation of any alcohol policy could result in ejection from the Stadium without refund.
Houston Dynamo FC, Houston Dash, and all soccer matches, alcohol will not be sold after the 75th minute of the soccer match or earlier at Shell Energy Stadium management’s discretion.
All Premium spaces, alcohol will not be sold 30 minutes following the conclusion of the match or earlier at Shell Energy Stadium management’s discretion.
Other Stadium events including concerts and other sporting events, management will determine the cut off time on an event-by-event basis.
Alcohol sales can be terminated at any time at the discretion of Shell Energy Stadium management.
Animals
Shell Energy Stadium follows ADA requirements for service animals. Service animals are permitted. All other pets or other animals are prohibited.

Banners & Signs
Event-related signs, flags, banners, and posters are welcome inside the facility to show guest support during events. The following guidelines relate to these items:

- Must be relevant to event
- May not be attached to a stick / pole
- May not obstruct any Stadium or event signage
- May not contain or display obscene or offensive language and/or pictures as determined by Shell Energy Stadium management
- May not be constructed or displayed in a manner that may obstruct the view of other guests or in any way create a safety hazard for others as determined by Shell Energy Stadium management
Any banner or sign may be removed, at any time, at the sole discretion of Shell Energy Stadium management. For review of content or any banners or signs that do not fall within the above guidelines, guests may submit a request for entry in writing to Security department at guestconduct@houstondynamo.com.

Bicycle Parking
Bicycle Parking is available at the Northwest, Northeast, and Southeast corners of the Stadium. Bicycle helmets are allowed in the Stadium, as long as they fit under the seat and do not obstruct traffic.

Cameras
Houston Dynamo FC matches, Houston Dash matches, and Texas Southern University football games will allow cameras with lenses 8 inches or shorter. Monopods, tripods and selfie sticks are prohibited.

Unless otherwise specified by teams and/or event officials/management, guests may not bring any types of audio/video recording devices into the facility. These devices include video camcorders, audio recording devices, etc.
Camera bags will not be allowed into the venue.
Cashless Stadium
Shell Energy Stadium is a cashless venue. Credit cards, debit cards, gift cards, and mobile pay are accepted in the stadium.
Charging Stations
Phone charging stations are available at the following locations: At Diesel’s Corner by Section 102 and the Guest Services Office by Section 118.
Chewing Tobacco
As of January 1, 2019, Shell Energy Stadium is a completely Tobacco-Free and Smoke-Free venue. This includes both Event and Non-Event Days. All types of tobacco and smoke products are prohibited, including but not limited to cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes and any type of vaping kits, as well as all smokeless tobacco products. Children’s Ticket Policy

Clear Bag

Clubs
Shell Energy Stadium has two (2) Premium Clubs. Only ticketed guest with proper access are permitted within the club spaces.
- East Club – Location on the East side of the Stadium with entry behind 125A and 127B. The club is open to ticket holders with seats in Loge Boxes 1-9 and Sections 125A-127B. This Club will remain open approximately one (1) hour at the conclusion of each Houston Dynamo FC and Houston Dash match.
- Lexus Club – Located on the West side of the Stadium with entry behind section 106. The club is open to ticket holders with seats in sections 105-107 and President’s Club 1-6. This Club will remain open approximately one (1) hour at the conclusion of each Houston Dynamo FC and Houston Dash match.
Compliments and Concerns
Compliments and concerns are welcomed at Shell Energy Stadium. During an event you may voice your comments in person at Guest Services located across from Section 118 or anonymously by texting the Stadium text line at 713-547-3099 with your message. The Designated Driver Booth is located in the Guest Services Office across from Section 118. The Houston Dynamo Football Club, Shell Energy Stadium, Levy, Silver Eagle Distributors, and have partnered to offer any guest who identifies themselves as a designated driver or have a safe ride home (rideshare, public transportation, etc.) will receive a coupon for a free non-alcoholic beverage or water at any regular season Houston Dynamo FC or Houston Dash home match.

Dress Code
Shell Energy Stadium management reserves the right to deny entry to guests wearing clothing items displaying offensive language and/or images. Guests are required to wear shirts upon entry and shoes at all times. Guests wearing clothing deemed inappropriate by Shell Energy Stadium management may be denied access into the facility.
Drones
For the safety of our guests and visitors, the operation of drones, unmanned aircraft and remote-controlled aircraft at Shell Energy Stadium is strictly prohibited without the advance written consent of management. Violators may be subject to civil and criminal penalties.

Elevators
Shell Energy Stadium is equipped with two (2) passenger elevators.
The Southeast corner elevator is across from Section 133. This elevator services are Field Side Seat tickets and Pitchside Patio guests who have accessible needs.
The Lexus Club elevator is located on the West side of the Stadium across from Section 106. This elevator is accessible to guests with Lexus Club access and ADA seats in sections 204-208.
Emergency Preparedness
Shell Energy Stadium has an emergency plan to address an emergency, should one occur. Shell Energy Stadium’s goal is to provide a safe and enjoyable atmosphere by using installed automated security systems and appropriate security operating plans. Trained Guest Services and Security personnel are present at events to provide security and safety of all guests, performers, players, and employees at Shell Energy Stadium. In the case of an emergency, guests must comply with requests from venue staff regarding Stadium operations and emergency response procedures.

Gates accessible to all guests are located at the Northeast, Northwest, Southeast, and Southwest corners of Shell Energy Stadium. The Lexus Club Lobby, located on the West side of the Stadium, is accessible to Suite Tickets, President’s Club 1-6, Sections 105-107 and Field Side Seats. East Club Lobby, located on the East side of the Stadium, is accessible to Loges Boxes 1-9 and Sections 125A-127B.
Houston Dynamo FC soccer matches, all entrances open 90 minutes prior to kickoff. For all Houston Dash matches, all entrances open 60 minutes prior to kickoff. For all other events, please email guestservices@houstondynamo.com prior to the event for updated information.
All entrances have a no re-entry policy.

Fan Code of Conduct
The following conduct is prohibited in the Stadium and all parking lots, facilities and areas controlled by the Club or MLS:
- Behavior that is unruly, disruptive, threatening or violent in nature, including verbal or physical harassment of match officials, players, staff or fans.
- Conduct that is illegal.
- Conduct that results in damage to the venue or other personal property.
- Displaying signs, symbols, images, using language or making gestures that are threatening, abusive, or discriminatory, including on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, gender identity, ability, and/or sexual orientation.
- Displaying signs, symbols or images for commercial purposes or for electioneering, campaigning or advocating for or against any candidate, political party, legislative issue, or government action.
- Entering or attempting to enter the field, the field track, the tunnel or any other location other than that permitted by the fan’s ticket or credential.
- Possession of an unauthorized pyrotechnic device, smoke or firework or other Prohibited Items. Throwing objects of any kind, including streamers.
- Failing to follow requests from venue staff regarding stadium operations, policies and emergency response procedures.
- Declining to promptly return a ball that enters the stands.
- Irresponsible use or consumption of alcohol or other substances.
- Making unauthorized transmissions or play-by-play accounts of the match.
- Any behavior that otherwise targets other fans or interferes with other fans’ enjoyment of the game.

Family Restrooms
Family restrooms are located across from Sections 103, 106, 109, 113, 118, 123, 129, 133, and 139. All restrooms are equipped with baby changing stations and are wheelchair accessible.
First Aid
First Aid room is across from Section 133 in the Southeast corner of the Stadium. Please notify the nearest Shell Energy Stadium staff member for any assistance.
First Game Certificates
If it is your first time attending a Houston Dynamo FC, Houston Dash or Texas Southern Football game, stop by the Guest Services Office at Section 118 to receive a First Game Certificate!
Food & Beverage
Shell Energy Stadium offers a variety of food and beverage options.
Guests may not bring outside food or beverage into the stadium. Food or beverages deemed necessary due to a special dietary need, religious requirement or medical condition may be approved in advance by the Guest Services Department at guestservices@houstondynamo.com.
Water Bottle Policy: One (1) empty, clear plastic bottle 34oz or less will be permitted.

Giveaway Policy
Gate giveaways are for ticketed fans only while supplies last. One promotional item per ticketed fan.
Please be sure to obtain your item upon entering the stadium and before leaving the distribution area. In fairness to all guests, any guest who approaches the distribution area or the distribution staff after he or she has left the area will be denied an item. The Houston Dynamo FC, Houston Dash and Shell Energy Stadium are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Lost or stolen items will not be replaced.
Some items may have been damaged during shipping and handling. Please inspect your item upon receipt. If your item is damaged and/or broken, please visit the Guest Services Office at section 118 to inquire about a replacement. Replacement of damaged and/or broken items is not guaranteed.

Guest Services Location
The Guest Services Office is located by Section 118. The Guest Services Office assist guest with guest inquiries and feedback, lost and found, lost children/adults and much more.

Guest may check out a pair of noise-cancelling headphones at the Guest Services Office at Section 118. A form of government-issued ID is required for checkout and will be returned after the headphones are checked back in.
Heineken Star Bar
Enjoy food and beverages at the bar rail as you overlook the South end of the Stadium, with a direct view of the pitch and videoboard.
- For group outings for 50, 100, and 150 guests.
- Ability to socialize at the bar and drink rails or sit in your ticketed seats, located adjacent to the Heineken Star Bar.

Intoxicated Guests
Shell Energy Stadium reserves the right to deny entry to guests that appear to be intoxicated. Any intoxicated guests causing a disturbance during an event, will be asked to leave the facility and may be subject to arrest.

KultureCity
Since 2019 Shell Energy Stadium, Houston Dynamo FC and Houston Dash are proud to partner with KultureCity to insure the best guest experience for those with sensory needs. Located by Section 220 is a Family Room that includes a Sensory Room.
In addition to the sensory room itself, the stadium will provide sensory bags created by KultureCity for guest to checkout at the Guest Services Office by Section 118. A form of government-issued ID is required for checkout and will be returned after the sensory bag is checked back in.
Shell Energy Stadium and Houston Dynamo FC and Houston Dash employees participated in sensory awareness training in order to understand how best to serve fans with unique needs and concerns.

Lexus Club

Lexus Club Lobby
The Lexus Club Lobby is located on the West side of the Stadium. The Lexus Club Lobby is accessible to Suites 1 – 24, President’s Club 1 - 6, Sections 105-107, Field Side Seats, and guests with Accessible needs in 203-209. The lobby is equipped with bathrooms only accessible to those with the proper ticket.
Lost & Found
Lost and found items will be turned into the Guest Services Office at Section 118 during events or at their conclusion. If you lose an item during an event, please visit the Guest Services Office for assistance. After events, guests wishing to inquire about the recovery of lost items are directed to email guestservices@houstondynamo.com.
Items lost at prior events are held in a locked storage area for thirty (30) days and are then either disposed of or donated to an appropriate charitable organization. Shell Energy Stadium cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged item(s).
Lost Children/Adult
Lost children will be taken to the Guest Services Office located across from Section 118. Guests looking for a lost child/adult should notify the nearest Shell Energy Stadium staff member immediately and wait at Guest Services.

Metal Detectors
In accordance with Major League Soccer’s and National Women’s Soccer League guidelines to ensure fan safety throughout the league, both handheld and walk-through metal detectors will be used at all gates prior to entry to Shell Energy Stadium. Metal detector screening is a condition of entry into the stadium.
METRORail
The METRORail stops at the Northside of Shell Energy Stadium. For information on public transportation please visit the METRORail website.
Mobile Ticketing
All guests must utilize the SeatGeek app on their mobile devices to access Shell Energy Stadium. PDFs, screenshots or any photos of tickets on a mobile device will NOT be accepted, and Shell Energy Stadium Staff will not be able to print tickets on-site. Fans may be asked to "refresh" their ticket in order to prove that it is from the app. For more information, please contact the Box Office at 713-547-3000, option one (1).
Mothers Room
The Mothers Room is location by Section 220 inside the Family Suite.

Noisemakers such as air horns, cowbells, drums, horns, thunder sticks, vuvuzelas, and whistles are prohibited without prior written consent from Shell Energy Stadium management.

Because of our Stadium location parking is limited. Lots B and C are owned by the Astros and used on Gamedays. Lot pricing and space availability is it the discretion of Astros Parking Management.

Radio
Radios are permitted in the event that they do not disrupt the event and other guests. Radios must not require an electrical outlet. Guests may be asked to turn on the item to verify it is what it appears to be.
Recycling
Recycling is available for paper, plastic and aluminum products with recycling bins located throughout the facility. Please recycle while visiting Shell Energy Stadium.
Re-Entry
Shell Energy Stadium has a no re-entry policy during events.
Restrooms
Restrooms can be found throughout all areas of the Stadium. All restrooms are equipped with a baby changing station and are wheelchair accessible.
Family restrooms are located near Sections 103, 106, 109, 113, 118, 123, 129, 133, and 139.
Lexus Club and East Club lobbies have both men and women’s restrooms accessible to those with the proper ticket.
Rideshare
Shell Energy Stadium recommends all Rideshare drop off and pick-up takes place at the corner of Walker St. and Hutchins St.

Security
Shell Energy Stadium wants to ensure that guests have a safe and enjoyable experience. Security personnel and uniformed police offers are positioned throughout Shell Energy Stadium. Guests requiring assistance should contact the nearest security guard, uniformed police officer, Shell Energy Stadium team member, or go to Guest Services. All guests entering the facility will be screened by a walkthrough medal detector, handheld metal detector, visual inspection, and a bag inspection. Shell Energy Stadium personnel will not touch personal belongings. You may be asked to move an item in a bag so a proper visual inspection may be conducted. Personnel will conduct their inspections with respect toward the guests’ dignity and legal rights. In no circumstance shall the inspections be conducted in a discriminatory manner.
Segways & Tri-Bikes
Segways and Tri-Bikes are prohibited on Shell Energy Stadium premises.
Skateboarding & Rollerblading
Skateboarding and rollerblading are prohibited on Shell Energy Stadium premises.
Smoking Section
Shell Energy Stadium has no smoking areas.

Strollers or child seats that do not fit under seats may be checked in at Guest Services across from Section 118. Strollers left unattended will be taken to lost and found. Sunscreen
Shell Energy Stadium is an open-air facility. All guests are encouraged to bring sunscreen lotion. Aerosol spray cans are prohibited. SPF 30 sunscreen packets are available at Guest Services across from Section 118, Tunnel Club for Field Side Seat holders and East Club guests.
Supporter Sections
Sections 115-116 and 215-217 are the designated Supporter Section for all Houston Dynamo FC home matches. Supporters are the heartbeat of soccer matches, and their section is typically rowdier and more lively than other areas. For a full explanation of our Hustle Town Supporters, click here.

No cash is accepted at the Shell Energy Stadium Box Office.

Tours
The Houston Dynamo FC staff is happy to conduct group tours of parties of 10 or more at Shell Energy Stadium. Tours are available Monday through Friday; no tours are available on game or event days. Transportation
Guests needing to call a taxi may go to Guest Services located across from Section 118 for assistance. For information on public transportation please visit the METRO website.

Umbrellas
Umbrellas are permitted to enter gates, however guests must check umbrellas in with Guest Services staff at the gate. Guests will receive a numbered ticket that they will turn back in upon departure in order to pick up their umbrella. Shell Energy Stadium cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged item(s).
Guests are encouraged to bring raincoats, pullovers, or ponchos.

Video Board Messaging
AKA Name in Lights
- Houston Dynamo FC or the Houston Dash will display "Welcome, Birthday, Wedding, Group or Anniversary" messages on the PNC Stadium scoreboard at Dynamo and Dash home games for a $50.00 donation to Dynamo Charities.
- Message will be displayed after halftime.
- Charitable receipt provided.

Water Bottles
Water Bottle Policy: One (1) empty, clear plastic bottle 34oz or less will be permitted.
Water Fountains
Water fountains can be found across from the following sections: 103, 109, 115, 118, 123, 129, 133, and 139.
Weapons
Weapons of any kind are prohibited.
Wheelchairs
Complimentary wheelchair escorts are available at any entry point. Upon arrival guests may request an escort by locating the nearest Guest Services Representative. The service is available to and from the entry gates and seating areas. Please be aware that our staff and wheelchair will not remain with you during the event.
